As a NY attorney, its sad each time I come across judges who believe that it is more important to set an example of an individual, no matter how unjust the result; that to apply the law in a fair and impartial manner, no matter how well known the case may be.

I have faith that one day very soon, all these troubled days will be like a silent night from the past, no one remembers it, and no one talks about it.
