AndPop.com:In May of this year, Lindsay Lohan signed on for a sex-episode run on Ugly Betty, her first appearance being last season’s finale on May 22. Lohan played Kimmie, an old schoolmate of America Ferrara’s character, Betty Suarez.

Lohan was set to guest in five more episodes this season. But, the latest news is that Lohan’s appearance in the series has been cut from six episodes to four. Next week’s episode is the last episode that was written, shot and edited for Lohan.

“Inside sources” are claiming that Lohan is more interested in playing herself. Further, the New York Post reported that a bout of misbehaviour – including trashing her dressing room and a pantsing incident – caused her to be dropped from the show. Apparently, this week’s episode involved Lohan’s character pantsing Betty; but, when Ferrera in turn did the same to Lohan, Lohan was…fully revealed, Britney-style. Another bizarre incident was reported in which Lohan obsessively cut out pictures of herself from tabloids

A source from Lohan’s camp says these stories aren’t true.

Other sources are reporting that the cut is the result of a simple girl vs. girl on-set rivalry. Maybe Lohan was jealous that Ferrera’s character could have coloured elastics on her braces…That’s what happens when you pair a Mean Girl with an Ugly Betty.

Showbiz Spy:Lindsay Lohan has complained that press attention makes her feel like a caged animal.

The singer/actress admitted she felt “uncomfortable” while supporting girlfriend Sam Ronson at a recent DJ gig, because she had to sit behind a glass mirror to fend off photographers.

She wrote on her MySpace page that she went to the gig “just to chill and support, not to be seen and heard (and) not to be on display in the DJ booth or to feel as if you are in a cage at the Bronx Zoo. Do you see what I am getting at?”

Last month it was reported that Lohan will dedicate her new album to her DJ girlfriend.

The budding Ebert had special praise for the films stars. “I’m a big fan of Kat Dennings and Michael Cera,” she writes. “It would be nice to give them some support!”Lohan credits movies like Nick and Norah’s for helping to lift her out of bad moods.

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly butted heads with her management over the artwork for her new album – because she wants to name Samantha Ronson on the front cover.

Since confirming Hollywood’s worst kept secret by acknowledging she is in a lesbian relationship with the DJ, the star is adamant that her latest record honours her ‘new’ love.

Originally the dedication to Sam was discreetly hidden on the inside cover but, now they are an official couple, Lindsay wants her declaration to be glaringly obvious.

A source tells The Sun, “Sam has had a huge influence on the record. “The artwork was finalised before Lindsay had gone public with the relationship, so she concealed the tribute. Now it will name Samantha directly.”

The album – which is released on November 4 – features top producers N.E.R.D, Pharrell Williams and soulful newcomer Sam Sparro.

Lindsay Lohan has reached the final straw with her father Michael Lohan. After another battle in the press this week, Chesty Chesteron of Chestrackistan has decided to file a restraining order against her old man. Page Six reports:

Sources said, that she’s “taking out an order of protection. He’s behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her. She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.” Lindsay’s sister, Ali, “already has an order of protection against him, as does [mom] Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help.”

When Project Runway returns on Lifetime in 2009, Lindsay Lohan will sit in the guest judge’s chair for the season premiere.

According to Access Hollywood, the 22-year-old – who has been in New York City recently shooting episodes of ABC’s Ugly Betty – filmed the premiere episode on Thursday.

The new season debuts on Lifetime next January; the season five finale airs October 15 on Bravo.

Heidi Klum’s husband Seal confirmed to Usmagazine.com that the new season began filming Thursday.

He walked the carpet solo at the 60th Anniversary of Israel “From Vision to Reality” event in Hollywood.

“She is filming tonight. She is working,” he told Us of Klum. “She is in the first day of Project Runway and they are behind, so she could not make it.”

Lindsay Lohan may not ever return to her A-list status again, but she’s taken the steps to ensure that she has other areas of work to pursue. Linds just launched a brand development firm called 6126, which will focus on expanding her leggings line, creating a natural self tanner, and creating an accessories line.

She may have realized she was pricing her leggings just a tad too high, and says her next collection won’t break the bank quite as much. She says, “It’d be unfair not to make it accessible for everyone. Forever 21 and H&M are huge companies because they make it available to everyone.”

Well at least she seems to be staying on the right track! We can’t fault her for trying to pursue other types of work.

I couldn’t be more supportive of a woman in office, but let’s face it, it comes down to the person, and their beliefs, male or female.

Is it a sin to be gay? Should it be a sin to be straight? Or to use birth control? Or to have sex before marriage? Or even to have a child out of wedlock?

I find it quite interesting that a woman who now is running to be second in command of the United States, only 4 years ago had aspirations to be a television anchor. Which is probably all she is qualified to be… Also interesting that she got her passport in 2006.. And that she is not fond of environmental protection considering she’s FOR drilling for oil in some of our protected land…. Well hey, if she wants to drill for oil, she should DO IT IN HER OWN backyard. This really shows me her complete lack of real preparation to become the second most powerful person in this country.

Hmmmm-All of this gets me going-Fear, Anxiety, Concern, Disappointment, and Stress come into play…

I know that the most important thing about this election is that people need to exercise their right to vote, regardless of their choice… I would have liked to have remained impartial, however I am afraid that the “lipstick on a pig” comments will overshadow the issues and the fact that I believe Barack Obama is the best choice, in this election, for president…

Palin’s Desire to “save and convert the gays”-really??

According to this Associated Press story, the church of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is hosting a kind of conference devoted to the “conversion of Gays” — no kidding.

You’ll be encouraged by the power of God’s love and His desire to transform the lives of those impacted by homosexuality,” according to the insert in the bulletin of the Wasilla Bible Church, where Palin has prayed since she was a child.

Palin’s conservative Christian views have energized that part of the GOP electorate, which was lukewarm to John McCain’s candidacy before he named her as his vice presidential choice. She is staunchly anti-abortion, opposing exceptions for rape and incest, and opposes gay marriage and spousal rights for gay couples.

I feel it’s necessary for me to clarify that I am not against Sarah Palin as a mother or woman.

Women have come a long way in the fight to have the choice over what we do with our bodies… And its frightening to see that a woman in 2008 would negate all of that.

Oh, and…Hint Hint Pali Pal- Don’t pose for anymore tabloid covers, you’re not a celebrity, you’re running for office to represent our, your, my COUNTRY!

Photographers beware: Lindsay Lohan is fighting mad! Gossip site TMZ reports the “Mean Girls” star was so worked up as she passed a crowd of shutterbugs in front of New York City’s Bowery Hotel, that she hauled off and punched a paparazzo in the nose.

According to an insider, Lindsay stumbled over a barricade meant to hold the photographers at bay and seemed to assume one of the lensmen tripped her. That’s when she allegedly took a swing at a lone pap.

“Oh my God,” LiLo was overheard gasping into her cell phone. “I just hit a paparazzi.”
