Lindsay Lohan was a no-show at LAX for her scheduled 1 PM flight to the nation’s capital for the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.

We know Lindsay was supposed to be on the flight, along with her lawyer, Shawn Holley. Shawn made the flight, as did another passenger named George Clooney, who will also be at the dinner.

As for why Lindsay missed the flight … we’re told she just couldn’t pull it together. She PLANS on taking a later flight.

There are reports Lindsay was out late last night — although we have not confirmed it.

We first got wind of her appearance on the hit show last month, and now, details of Lindsay Lohan’s guest spot on “Glee” are finally being revealed.

According to an E! Online report, the “Mean Girls” actress will make her cameo on the May 15th episode, and will play a “heightened version of herself” as she judges the Nationals singing competition.

Lilo will also have “a long speech where she talks about kid performers, and how hard they work, and how much she supports the arts.”

Adding to the show’s star appeal will be celeb blogger Perez Hilton and “Suburgatory” actor Rex Lee, who are said to front fellow judging roles alongside Lindsay.

Lindsay Lohan’s had enough of people’s false accusations while she’s trying to get her career back on track after five years of legal troubles, her publicist said Tuesday.

“We’ve reached a point where it’s just not going to be tolerated anymore,” Steve Honig said. “People need to understand that there are consequences.”

Lohan and her lawyer, Shawn Holley, will visit the Los Angeles County sheriff’s West Hollywood substation Tuesday to request an investigation of Marisa Sullivan Dugas, the woman who accused Lohan of battery.

“There have been a few incidents like this within the last few months, and we’ve reached a point where it’s just not going to be tolerated anymore,” Honig said. “People need to understand that there are consequences. You can’t just make accusations, file false police reports, and expect you’ll walk away from it and nothing’s going to happen to you. This woman’s going to learn a very tough lesson in these next few weeks.”

Dugas said Lohan shoved her at the Standard Hotel’s club Thursday night, but she did not file a criminal report with the sheriff until Saturday.

“It’s egregious,” Honig said. “Lindsay wasn’t even there. This is not something that’s exaggerated. It’s something that was completely fabricated.”

Lohan was at home watching television at the time of the alleged nightclub scuffle, Honig said.

“If I was this young girl, I would be busy at work on some sort of an apology right now, and hoping that it was received,” Honig said.

Dugas, in a phone call with CNN on Tuesday, declined to talk about the case, although she said she was dying to tell her story.

Honig accused Dugas of shopping her story around to media outlets before filing an official report.

“This is just another very unfortunate incident of someone trying to take advantage of Lindsay to get their 15 minutes of fame, and get some money out of it as well,” he said.

Dugas, who describes herself as “a nice person,” denies wanting money for interviews, although she said she’s been offered “a lot.”

Sheriff’s Sgt. Chris Bowman said Monday that a detective has the battery report and would check the story’s validity. “It’s just an allegation,” Bowman said.

The allegation comes less than two weeks after Lohan’s supervised probation came to an end. She’s no longer under the threat that any criminal complaint could become a probation violation leading to jail time.

But bad news coverage could reinforce concerns that film and TV producers have about hiring Lohan for projects at a time that she’s trying to prove she’s dependable and ready to stay out of trouble.

Lohan is preparing to portray Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime movie, which starts filming next month. She also has a role in an upcoming episode of the hit Fox TV show “Glee.”

A judge warned her last month that avoiding future trouble could be a challenge.

“I know it’s hard when people are following you all over the place, but that’s the life you chose,” Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner told Lohan, advising her to “live your life in a more mature way, stop the nightclubbing and focus on your work.”

Her recent hosting job on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” earned high ratings, and her photo spread in Playboy’s January issue set sales records for the magazine.

Lindsay Lohan is done gambling with her freedom — after another bout with trouble just this week, she is following the advice of her closest friends and putting herself on lockdown until her probation is up in two weeks … TMZ has learned.

Although she claims she did nothing wrong, Lindsay once again found herself in the news this week for all the wrong reasons … when a clubgoer claimed LiLo hit him with her car in Hollywood early Thursday morning.

According to our sources, the latest incident prompted people close to Lindsay to beg her to stop going out at night until her probation is over. We’re told Lindsay agreed and will now only leave her house when she really has to … like for her court ordered community service at the morgue.

Her probation is scheduled to end March 29.

Lindsay Lohan said Wednesday that allegations she’d been involved in a hit-and-run in the wee hours were, at the very least, overblown.

“Scrape? This is all a complete lie,” Lohan wrote in an extended Twitter post. “I’ve been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd.”

Lohan was trying to avoid paparazzi in Hollywood and was negotiating a U-turn when she “brushed” a man’s leg, Officer Norma Eisenman told L.A. Now. Witnesses reported that Lohan was behind the wheel and that she drove away, police said, but Eisenman said Lohan was not contacted.

The man, reportedly a manager at the nearby Hookah Lounge, allegedly told paparazzi and police at the scene that he didn’t need medical attention, according to TMZ, whose unnamed sources said he went to an emergency room hours later and was considering pressing charges.

No hit-and-run investigation was opened by law enforcement who went to the scene. Lohan’s rep told Gossip Cop that Lilo didn’t even get out of her car when she got to the Sayers Club because there were so many photogs that she decided to drive away.

“At no point was there ever any indication that her car hit anyone or anything,” the rep added.

Early reports implied that Lohan had been inside the establishment. The Sayers Club has the actress’ back on that.

“Contrary to reports surfacing, Lindsay Lohan was not at the Sayers Club Tuesday evening or Wednesday early a.m.,” said a rep for the venue, located on Wilcox Avenue near the 6500 block of Hollywood Boulevard, where the incident allegedly occurred shortly before 1 a.m. Wednesday. The Hookah Lounge is on the boulevard.

The bedeviled ingenue gave NBC’s comedy show the highest ratings for any regular episode this season, with an average of 7.4 million viewers tuning in, according to final figures from Nielsen released Thursday. (The Jan. 7 edition with Charles Barkley drew 10.1 million, but it followed a prime-time NFL playoff that inflated viewership.)

The numbers should be a salve to Lohan after her hosting job was ripped by many critics and online commenters. “This may be the first time Lindsay Lohan had trouble doing lines,” @DrunkEnough tweeted.

However, “SNL” cast members, special guest Jon Hamm and even ex-host Zooey Deschanel weighed in with support.

LINDSAY Lohan could very well be getting her career comeback — thanks to Miss Piggy!

The troubled star is said to be going after a role in the next Muppet movie in the hope it will help rebuild her shattered reputation.

“Lindsay has been mentioned as a possible cameo in the next movie but she would love it to be more,” reveals a source close to the former child star.

“She’s a huge fan of the Muppets and would love to play a significant part in their next project. She has a great idea that involves she and Miss Piggy meeting in rehab!”

Lohan recently admitted she’s made some bad decisions.

“I regret the choices that I’ve made, but I’m grateful for where I am today because of them,” she said.

“I don’t need to see any more negative stuff, I don’t need to put myself in those places anymore.

“It’s been a learning experience and I’m glad that I experienced it. I’m grateful that I’ve learned from it. It’s helped me, it’s humbling.”

For the second time in as many months, E! News has confirmed that the Internal Revenue Service has filed a federal tax lien against LiLo after the actress failed to pay not only her 2009 taxes, but those on her 2010 earnings as well.

So, how bad is it? This time around, Lindsay is in the hole a whopping $140,203.30 to the Feds. But there’s some good news on the horizon…

“Lohan’s business manager is working out an acceptable arrangement with the IRS and hopes to have the matter solved shortly,” Lindsay’s rep, Steve Honig, exclusively tells E! News.

According to the document obtained by E! News, the IRS made their assessment of Lindsay’s latest failure to pay on Sept. 19. Just last month, records surfaced indicating that Lindsay had evaded paying her 2009 federal taxes as well, with the government placing their first tax lien on the actress in the amount of $93,701.57.

Lindsay Lohan tried to persuade a wealthy patron to bid on an expensive gift for her in the auction at the star-studded amfAR benefit Wednesday night.

The gala, hosted by Sarah Jessica Parker, raised more than $1.4 million for AIDS research at Cipriani Wall Street, and brought out stars including Jennifer Hudson, Elizabeth Hurley and Linda Evangelista.

Spies said that when Lohan recognized a wealthy Canadian financier at a nearby table, she shot over to schmooze him — but then sent an assistant over when bidding on the charity auction began.

“There were items being auctioned for $20,000,” said a spy. “After chatting with the businessman, Lindsay sent over an assistant, who said, ‘Lindsay would very much like it if you’d bid on this item as a gift.”

However, the gentleman declined. “He just cracked up,” our source said — and the piece, believed to be a Hublot diamond watch with a white alligator strap, went to another bidder.

Lindsay was overheard telling guests she was at the gala because of her role playing Elizabeth Taylor, a major amfAR donor, in an upcoming Lifetime movie. The platinum-blond starlet wore a white dress and a coat with long fur cuffs and long fur trim (bringing to mind a glam, shaved yeti).

She changed into a black number for an after-party at Meatpacking hot spot Double Seven, and chilled in a booth as her mom, Dina Lohan, partied with pals across the room.

TMZ has got an exclusive picture of Lindsay Lohan visiting a tattoo artist where she got written over her hands “Live without regrets”.

MTV.com: It is seemingly a throwaway line in Pitbull’s summertime smash “Give Me Everything” — “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan” — but it’s apparently enough to draw the ire of the actress and her legal team, who have just filed suit against Pit and the producers of the song.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Lohan and her attorney, Stephanie Ovadia, claim that the line “by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”

Lohan — who, it is noted in the suit, is “a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild” — is suing under the New York civil-rights laws, which protects individuals from having their name exploited for commercial purposes. The suit seeks an injunction to stop all the defendants — in addition to Pitbull, Ne-Yo and Afrojack, who wrote “Give Me Everything,” are named — from broadcasting the song. It also seeks unspecified damages.

A spokesperson for Pitbull had no comment on the suit when reached by MTV News.

Lohan filed a similar suit — reportedly seeking $100 million in damages — against financial services company E-Trade last year after the company aired a Super Bowl commercial that referred to a baby as “That milkaholic Lindsay.” The suit was withdrawn in September, with E-Trade reportedly paying Lohan “a confidential sum.”

The “Give Me Everything” lyric was in reference to Lohan’s July 2010 stint in Los Angeles County Jail, when she served 13 days of a three-month sentence for violating probation on a 2007 conviction for driving under the influence.

Toronto Sun: Lindsay Lohan has reportedly patched up her differences with Paris Hilton after she was photographed attending a small beach party hosted by the hotel heiress.

The Mean Girls star was spotted at the intimate gathering outside Hilton’s Malibu, California home on Sunday, joining guests such as actress Emma Roberts, Inception star Lukas Haas and the socialite’s designer sister, Nicky.

But the fake romance is taking a back seat to the rumours that Falls is in a real relationship with troubled actress Lohan.

Insiders believed this could be Lindsay’s most promising romance since she split from long-term lesbian lover Samantha Ronson, who she began dating in 2008.

The troubled actress spent 35 days confined to her Californian home and was monitored by ankle bracelet in lieu of jail time for taking a necklace from a boutique and violating the terms of her 2007 conviction for driving under the influence (DUI) last month.

The ‘Machete’ star was grateful for the punishment as it gave her an opportunity to stay out of the limelight.

She told Australia’s 2Day Fm radio station: “I enjoyed it, actually, as I was able to get a lot of work done from home, and it was very nice not to have to worry about cameras being outside.”

Lindsay also clarified when her ankle bracelet went off during her house arrest it was because of a false alarm.

She explained: “It was actually the people who work with the ankle braces [fault]. The battery had died in the machine, It was a lot of drama for no reason.”

Since she was freed on June 29, Lindsay has started her court ordered 480 hours of community service at the Los Angeles Downtown Women’s centre and maintained her new low-key lifestyle, cancelling a planned 25th birthday party at the beginning of this month to spend time with only a handful of friends and family.

Speaking of her birthday, on July 2, she added: “I literally just had dinner with my closest friends and sister then had some friends over at my house and that was it, it was nice. They didn’t tell me where I was going so that was a little surprise.”

Lindsay is now hoping to continue her acting career and has signed up to appear in ‘Gotti: Three Generations’, which is due to start shooting next year.

She is also keeping coy about any potential love interests.

When asked if there is anyone special in her life, she replied: “Not really. Even if there was I wouldn’t tell you! I’m really happy now, and I’ve learned I need to love myself first and foremost.”
